Many thanks Adam

Ok cool

so if it is sitting on my driveway

I dont have to pay insurance and tax on it

you do need to declare it SORN though if you haven't already, it doesn't cost anything just do it on the DVLA website.

X2

just make it immovable, take battery and king lead off.

if its on your drive you should be reet, if your worried about someone towing it away then whip one wheel off and stick it on an axle stand.

you need to declare it sorn'd and do it every 12 months otherwise you will get a fine when you come to retax or resorn it.
