Just means they will go lower without having to remove the helper springs. Should see 110/20mm ish with the helpers in.

Got these on my G40 and thoroughly recommend them! Had them on for about 8 months now and they are performing well :) great range of adjustability (Better than any spring/shock kit!) and the ride is decent :) plus phills the cheapest you'll find!

No, modified nut, and inserts aren't available separately, can do the Gaz adjustables for about £220 a pair.
