Emu's 6n polo build thread

Featured Replies

hi all i haven't posted anything since i first got my polo (6n 1.0l) about 8 months ago. tbh i haven't done anything up until recently apart from stickering up the front passenger side wing.

anyways woke up early this mornin (on my day off) and went round my mate callums house to go to pick him up to mish to church-stretton skate park and thought it would be a good idear to smooth my bootlid before we left. I've been wantin to do it for ages but haven't got round to it.

callum is currently doin up a nova saloon so he had all his welder and grinder and stuff already out so it was just a case of doin it.

plans for the car:

gloss army green with gloss black roof

clear indys

sprayin the rears lights all red

coilovers

having the interior done in mexican fabrics

anyways ennuf chattin heres some pics

cheers guys

yeah I'm gonna start buying tins of paint everyweek and do abit moar on it

yeah the pics of the nova arent very good as we had to roll it in the garage so the welder would reach the back of my car but it looks sick when hes got all the pannels on it its lowered 60 at the front and he's got the springs to lower the back 50 but he needs to get under it so its got mad rake at the mo.

tom

you need to get some more filler in there mate and use a long block to get the shape a bit better. As soon as the colour's on that you're going to see the lack of shape. where you've de-handled it and the fact that it's the wrong shape where it's been de-badged.
