do they just pull of or are they bolted down??

Screwed on most likely.

2 screws in the far corners where the skid plate type things are. You will see 2 holes, then I think you need an 8mm socket and ratchet iirc.

The rest just unclips.

Nah it's not, 2 self tapping screws that screw into the bumper. If you look at the bottom of the splitter you will see 2 holes, one either side in the corners, stick the socket in there, undo them and pull the splitter off. The splitter clips in pretty damn tight so it will take a good yank.
