Depends how low you want it to be. Personally I would only ever go to 15's but thats cos I like low cars. I think 17's would be fine if you don't want it low.

I reckon 17s probably as much as you can go with relative ease. I think anything after that your going to have to do some major thinking about how your gonna get the wheels under the arches without them rubbing on everything.

I've seen 17s on a polo before and looked ok fitment wise.

I recon if you didnt want to go mega low you could probably get 19s on with a skinny lopro tyre on

If you just want the BIGGEST rims 165/35-18 is the way!!

I run on 17s, and thinks thats look good :)
