Lol, best thing to use for polish is a foam applicator pad, put some pressure on and rub it in a circular motion, do like a section at a time..

then buff it off with a microfibre cloth, one side to buff, the other side for a final wipe over.

Don't use Halfrauds 'Polishing Cloths', I'm pretty sure they have sandpaper less abrasive than that shit.. proper fucks your paint up!
