yeah now i have a spare ten mins, right the other week i enterd myself into the March Solo which is bassicly a track that is set up by Farnbourough District Motor Club (FDMC) it consists of tight courners and confusing sections aha but anyone can race as long as the car has mot and proof of insurance. Your competetors are bassed on engine size. and you are only racing against the clock but every second counts. This was my first race but i absolutly loved it plus i came 1st in my class so i was well chuffed and i smashed the other peoples times who were in my class. my class was engine size up to 1.4

thanks well one of the 106 was race spec full perspex windows stripped out i swear he had a sequential gearbox as well hmmm still beat it tho

well that track was in aldershot in one of the army barracks like near tesco. and if you have a look on the FDMC website i think there is a callander up there i think there is quite a few run in the year next one is in bordon tho so they arnt allways in the same location but its mostly aldershot/farnbourough/bordon well the next one is on sunday 16th may which is in bordon.

haha your not the only one, its great fun but i have to say i was the youngest there, most of the other people were in the 20s above so theres plenty of people participating even a couple of 50s wer there burning some rubber lol

you should mayte great fun spanking your car round a little track all day without gettin told off

gt lump with abd bottem end 421 raceland manifold to stainless straight through system induction kit, front upper and lower strut braces rear upper strut brace lowerd 80 front about same back, kept the 4 speed box in pulls well i think roughly 95bhp :/

hahaha did the 106 owners cry when they found out you whooped them with a 4speed box?

on another note, i think Polo Show 2010 should have a track and do some time trials :p

I think its only £25 for me anyway as I'm 18. Be good to see how the 1.4 8v does against 106's etc. although I spose it's all about driving skill. I'll give you a PM if I decide to come along, just depends on when I get paid and if I have enough money.

Do u just have 2 show that your car is in insured? or does it have to cover you for trackdays etc?

Also I'm going 2 yorkraceway on monday there is a RWYB do u think i would need 2 be coverd for trackdays on this?
