Would a mk1 golf rear arb and beam fit?????

Really do need to fit arb now

nah mk1 golf one wont fit iv tried with mine why do you want a gt/g40 one any way they are exactly the same as the 1.0lt ones lol

not sure about the full rear beem I'm pretty sure they are different mounting points i will have a look with mine over the weekend as my mk1 golf rear axle is all poly bushed up and the golf is been restord so would be nice if it did fit

Don't chat shit mate.

GT/G40 rear beams have a built in ARB's. Others don't.

They aren't too difficult to come by. Just need to jump someone who's breaking a GT/G40

The anti roll bar is inside the beam and isn't easily visible from under the car

On the 9n you can get an aftermarket anti roll bar that attaches to the shock absorber mounting points and then clamps round the rear beam with two large clamps with polyurethane bushes on them. A similar system would also work on a polo rear axle although it may foul on the exhaust.
