2 seater pic request! :)

Featured Replies

As title realy chaps..

I have been working a lot this week on my MK.3 project car after letting it sit for to long,

I have now decided that I'm going to get rid of the back seat and just have the two front seats. But i dont want it to look crap in the back.

Any pictures or ideas for what i could do to the back? I'm thinking just panel it out or carpet it and put a sub back there. something simple?

any ideas would be great.. pics would be amazing. i know a lot of you must have removed your back bench. show me what you got?

PS. I'm talking about a mk3. But any pics of any mk for ideas is fine :)

Thanks

Just finished getting all mine striped out! :) If anyone needs any bits from the inside of the back of a mk3. Going FREE!

Anyway...

I'm gonna stone chip inside the boot to tidy it up now, and then make the base.. Do i just use ply wood then? i want it to be cheap but i dont want it to be shit! lol

Wish mine was as simple.

I had to build some wooden beams as my false floor is propped up about 5 inches above the actual floor level.

got any pics of the build mate? i have just started planing what VW-NAY did. the main problem being that the part of the car where the bacck bench was is lower then the boot floor :(

IDEAS?

look for indy231's gold diggin mk5 thread pretty sure the built build was covered in it quite well
