I like the back a lot, feel you need to remove the tdi badges though, maybe dehandle the rear and put mk5 Golf badge/boot release? Would be cool.

I reckon it would look good, if the grill went all the way up to the bonnet, as that piece of plastic completely ruins the whole front of the car. Back would look nice with some R32/clio 182 style exhausts.

silver mk3 coupe just finished gt coversion but 10 mins after i drove pased you it droped all its oil and i think little end or big end on pist 4 has gone :/ so another week with out a car

Did my training at Blackpool collage, well when I say training they game me a piece of paper after 2 years that was about it!

Yeah I am actually, can you colour the baseplate of the mirror, but black out the door and quarter panel area between the 2 windows, like on the newer shape polos too?

lol sorry if this is hassle, you dont have to just if your bored and want something to do, will help me work out which bits I want and dont want before I go to all the hassle of doing the jobs.

i tinted them a little m8. dont know if thts makin them look older. some xenons would make it look more modern tho:)

Yeah I'm currently looking for xenon kits for it. Yeah I think its the tint thats making them look more warn and dirty than they are. Looking out the windows they dont look too bad lol

Ebay mate can get them for £33 inc postage from China etc but they're still good, i have had 2 sets.

Seen as though I had a half hour spare at work waiting for a bonnet to dry before I could swap cars round I decided to take the plunge and spray the piece between the windows black.

This is what all the current manufacturers seem to be doing and I feel it looks good as it make the front and rear windows blend in and look more of a single piece unit, will look even better once I have all my windows tinted!

I have used a spray that replicates the same sort of texture they use on the genuine polo tapes on the newer polos:
