I'v got a set of 16" x 7.5j et35 alloys that are going to be fitted with 195x45-16. I'm gonna be doing some arch work on the car before re spraying it. I want to know what width spacer to make to give me a nice "stance"

Any help/pictures would be a ideal. Also how low are people going on 16"?
