was on a random scout for guages on gaybay and I've been after a wideband guage and sensor for a while, check out the link below, i dont have a turbo so I'm seeing if they the AFM with any other things like oil pressure or temp, or exhaust gas temperatures, but for 25 squids I'm gonna take a punt anyway when this geezer gets back to me

i've had a look at them before whilst looking for gauges. Looks abit tacky to me but for £25, you get what you pay for.

Looks like narrow band to me, just wires into your current lambda sensor and about as accurate as Safs description of his own penis

ok right, I've done some reading and a narrowband is a 0-1v signal and wideband is 0-5v,

I've found a cheap lsu4 bosch wideband lambda sensor, so just need to find a suitable guage or just buy a complete kit from the off

edit bumbadgers is bottom line you need a controller, cba spending that kinda money at the minute, and no worth bothering with a a narrow band

its quite simple to get your carbs running riight you crazy sukkah, carbs should sound nice and 'wet' not mettalic when revving and should run right upto 7-8k without flat spots and timing needs be done by ear

13degrees advance heeerree we cooommmeeee

they do go up past 7k =D brap braaaaaaaaap, I'm not rocking vac advance at the minute and think its setup for 12 degrees advance at idle. i need to stop being a pikey and put the proper octane fuel in there haha.

and i dont have any apparent flat spots but it just doesnt feel right, i think the fact I'm on standard jets and needles doesnt help, still goes well mind, i need to take you out in it ant
