i need some tyres for MOT, so may aswel get myself some wheels rather than splash out on tyres for now then splash out again in a few months.

ideally want 15's, would like a set of RA's, consider ats/rh cups etc.

dont want anything 5 stud cause dont want adaptors so dont ask.

also need to be comfortable to run dropped 60mm on standard arches. + dont want them sticking out arches for legalities.

mk5 SE wheels or valver wheels etc considered. but like i said, prefer 15's.

will pay around £150 without tyres (or tyres which are near enough dead/shit brand) and around £300 with good tyres, but i dont consider budget tyres as good.

located in coventry, will travel up to about 70miles ish.

let me know, need some soonishh.

i think we might have crossed our wires here , basicaly in my eyes they dont need a refurb , they look fine to me except one or 2 scuffs on the edge of the dish (not very big dish :p) , but there great wheels condition is near excelent considering age , has the brand new tyres on them so , even if was £230 , the wheels are worth what £100 atleat (seen shabby ones go for £125, and then the tyres are deffo worth the other £130 as there bran spanking new ,

I got a set of borbet Ts, just been DIY sprayed centers and polished lips but Iv done a good job if i may say so myself (few mates are slipping me a few notes to spray theirs now) so there pretty mint, tyres are 185/50/14s dunlops, plenty of tread on them, got me through an MOT just the other day..

They're 14x7 et 35 i think.. They're the less dishy ones, pretty OEM+ kinda thing.

Ah right. U got any pics fitted? Any stretch? How's the circumference compared to standard?

Err I can grab some abit later, naah no stretch really, could do with abit on the back, maybe just a 175 or something as it just catches when it bottoms out (although its not marking the tyre much/atall so very minor) The circ. is almost identical :) I put them next to each other and its pretty much bang on, maybe a coupla mill. smaller on the Ts though, speedos been fine though.

Coilies all the way down at the front, and about 10 threads up at the back, so pretty low! No archh work whatso ever, fronts are fine, as are the rears unless i have a car-full or go over an incredible bump, Id say i get one or so tiny scrubs a week...

Not really no, wouldnt mind them going soon but yeah, no rush really.
