Pretty cool tbh!

what differs from a normal g40?

omg rare NEAVER seen another in that colour and a factory rhd g40 must be rare

i think it must have been a genesis rhd was it made for the uk or used regestered oversees first ?

i is gessing it was a genesis rhd made for the uk but because it was a prize got some diffent colour and a few engine suspension G40 mods lol

i would get it hidden away under lock and key tho or some 1 will steal it

mental! i knew it was rare but i didn't realise there was only one RHD one in the UK! :o

no no. this is the only RHD Genesis G40 in the WORLD.... ever.

i find that very hard to belive?! to make a production car they have to make a certain numbers? they made a limited amount!

well believe it. It WAS the only one in RHD made.

Chris this is awesome. Those of us who've followed g40's for some years have known about this car and a bit of its history. There was a magazine cut out floating about somewhere of when it was handed over. Very cool car and defo worth keeping original as you are. Whats the condition of it? Has it been kept sweet or does it need a little tlc? Those none believers of its rarity should know that the band Genesis are seen in an ad with one of these cars and hence the badges on the genesis models. The fact that this was made specifically in rhd makes it the rarest coolest G40 you can buy...If it ever came up for sale, hence why chris made the move and bought it! good fella!

They did have it in production though didn't they. The normal polo that all of us MK3 owners drive

In that respect its the same as any other polo.

I've seen this floating around on a few forums, unless that was a LHD one?

It is awesome!

I want the paint code!

that is a nice colour

those seats tho wouldent mind

all the rest listed could get hold of tho

even if it is rare like headlight covers

has it got eletric front windows ? central locking ?

chris also owns a LHD one, which was for sale before.

many miles on that one?

i take it this will be going on the concourse stand at UD next year?

so wots the plans then rat it?

think you now own all the purple mk3s in the UK :unibrow::thumbsup:

uber jelious :-D

There's at least another 1 LHD G40 Genesis in the UK too...

Also the suspension is stock G40 stuff, nothing special.

Ace car though!

not really into g40's but i like a good rare car with a story. excellent 8-)

if your red G is anything to go by Chris i am confident it will turn out very well indeed!
