i have a 1999 1.0 vw polo

also it would be for a 17 year old cheers

Try elephant with your parents as named drivers, that usually knocks a few hundred quid off with them

Or go on admiral or elephant and build up a no claims as a named driver through your parents. Give it a year or 2 and watch the prices drop. But you will probably have to insure through them as the policy holder for a year as not all insurances will take named driver no claims!!!
