Well this is Betty, my not so red 6n lol

bought her for a bargain £80 needing a little work.

she needed a new gear linkage and rear engine mount which was the main things. new passenger mirror as she had a manky blue one, and just a general tidy up.

removed rear wiper, fitted badgeless grill and clear indys, that was first on my to do list.

gave her a service today

then had these wheels off a member here, shes in desperate need of slamming now thou :( lol

now need to find coilys for her as my shocks are dead aswell as my top mounts. need eletric window regulators too as screwdrivers are holding my passenger window up and my drivers one is on its way out lol starter motor is sticking so gotta replace that too. oh and my glovebox is broken lmao

all in all not badd for £80 considering shes MOT'D for a year so.

want to vinyl the roof too. either matt black or gloss black. i fancied a smarties roof but trying to find it is a nightmare lol

yeah i know. this is my 3rd 6n so I'm no stranger to removing the bump strips, i jsut cba at the mo! lmao

she had a good t-cut today but the paint just wont come up so will have to be mopped :(

Hello betty! Mines called bessy...

Just get a cheap buffer, i ended up getting a 'challenge' one from argos ages ago, first hand polish it, then use the buffer, if its still not to your liking repeat it a few times. Worked pretty well on my flash red 6n, which ironically i bought for £60, lasted a few months before i scrapped it

got the fiance and cousin outside now t-cutting my car haha they been out there all day doing it and its coming up pretty well with a bit of elbow grease, so may not need a mop after all.
