I've search through pages and pages but cant find what i'm looking for.

I'm sure a little while back i saw a 6n2 boot with something similar to this in place

Am I right in thinking the badge is just held on with glue and once the badge and the rubber plinth is removed I'm left with a recess?

Hopefully some of you guru's can help, any pictures of different badge setups would be awesome

no dude...there is no such badge as this on the rear of a 6n2.

Its a moulded plastic badge that fits into a recess in the boot, it can be removed to reveal the recess and generally then its welded up and smoothed over with body filler

Cheers for the reply, I know it wasnt standard, I think it came from another vw. Not sure what though.
