First Car Mk2 Breadvan 1.3

Featured Replies

Hello... thought i'd join club polo as I've managed to get my hands on my brothers breadvan as a first car :unibrow: been trying to steal it off him for quite a while haha.

cost him £100, but it was a bit of shed... a weekends work and its looking up for the little breddie

as it stood a couple of months back...

running on the peashooter and bicycle wheels... nice...

New plugs, air filter, oil filter, dizzy cap, rotor arm and fan belt...

my brother bought these, never fitted them...better not let them go to waste :unibrow:

165/55 r14 tires fitted and the wheels were straight on

could do with a bit a clean i think

anyway...

plans from now on: clean the rust up, drop it, front splitter maybe... see where the funds take me.

also sorted all the rust on the arches, will get better pics up soon :)

but getting possible problems from the drivers side CV joints or wheelbearing... making a knicking/grinding along with a clicking when driving straight  ... any ideas on that ?

Nice tidy late model Mk2. Mine used to be that blue until I painted it black. Good choice of wheels.
