i would have used the panda car and nudged the barbie machine up to speed, 40? 50? could have done him for speeding instead

i think some common sense should of been used by the police if i'm honest. ok he was stupid for doing it but come on, a stern telling off and telling him to carry it how would of been enough for him to know he had done wrong. just think how much it cost the tax payer to take him to court for that.

what i don't understand is you don't need a license to drive one of those so how can you loose your license on one? And could he now be done for banned driving if he ended up in an electric wheel chair?

that is ridickuls its his own fault tho he should not have said he was guilty of drink driving and told the court the full story

any judge that would give him a ban and all that after they know he was driving a kids toy would soon change their mind, well you would think so unless they are a jobsworth like the copers who arrsted him
