Never used them but tbh I think they will be like wheel trims not held on with tie wraps. Tap them on a kerb/pothole and they will fly off. If it were me I would earn to drive and not hit kerbs

Is it wrong that i kind of like them?

Might get some for the wifes car!

Seem alright like, would look cool on some wheels, bit pricey though.. ;)

GAY made for women drivers!

Why would you need them?

Just learn how to drive.

It pisses me off seeing people just freely kerb their wheels. They wouldn't freely drive they're car into a lampost or nudge something out of the way with their bumpers so why do they not care about their wheels? They're still part of the car.

Indy you say that but i see women drivers often use bumpers to park!

I reckon it's genius.

Why would people learn to park, when they can just buy these. I slightly care about my wheels but I still ram them up kerbs.. it's much easier. Especially when you don't have power steering, although I suppose there are many who have never been without that commodity..

wow you really must piss excellence.

i have schmidt TH lines with radinox lips

they'll do me for the time being :)

I dont have PS in my mini and dont kerb mine...... :?

I've had my alloys six years and never kerbed them. Having the correct tyres on them is my only assistance - 185/60 on a 5.5in rim does help considerably.

I reckon it's genius.

Yeah that's because Mini's are light as fuck, have skinny tyres and so don't need power steering. Same with Suzuki Alto's etc and the same in Beetles - it's nothing like as hard as lack of power steering in a 6N, Volvo 340 or Mk1 Passat's (in my experience..)

Not too mention the fact that Mini's are small as fuck anyway, so if you have trouble parking that you must be generally disabled..

It's true.

From day one through driving lessons and tests your taught not to make contact with the kerb. It isn't difficult. Using mirrors helps.

and every thread of this sort i've seen you reply to you give the same kind of answer "learn to drive" like your some kind of superior driver or some thing. wasn't it some thread about pot holes where you basically said you don't hit pot holes because your such a good driver

EDIT: lots of time on my hands today so i found said post to prove to myself i wasn't imagining it

If your a good enough driver, it doesn't matter how low you are. You'll spot potholes and bumps well enough in advance to avoid them.

while looking for that post i stumbled across this... indy drives into pot hole. guess your superior driving skills abandoned you that day ay mate.
