What does 6j mean on my wheels?

Hi all,I have just finished painting my speedlines and have just noticed it says 13x6j on them.I have just measured them and the rim is 7 inch wide,So what does it mean and what would be the best size tyres to get.

It means your wheels are 6" wide, where the tyre sits. The 7" will be lip to lip. I'd put 175/50-13s on them.
