yo man might help if you specify what car, I'm asuming its a 6n

bmx peg and a peice of 2inch exhaustpipe. and a fat hammer. take the wheel off and beat the inner lip up .put the wheel back on and roll the peg between the tyre and arch

do that a few times then do it with the larger diamiter pipe.

Btw - don't actually do that. Get an arch roller an do it properly!

No, but it is as much as what is required.

No point flaring arches if the wheels won't fill them.

In my opinion, DIY flared arches look shit.

Take a look at Panda's 6N, his car is a prime example of how arches should be done. They were done by one of the best bodyshops in the country and it shows as they are flawless. It's not an easy job to get them perfectly smooth.

Will cost you a hell of a lot mate. Which is cool if you have money to burn on what is essentially a small shopping car

Except the fronts had been badly repaired before I flared them, so didn't come out well at all. They're now off the car having mk2 golf arches welded in (which is a great way of having wide arches if you own a mk2/3).

You gonna get pics whilst the mk2 golf arches are being welded in lscariot? Would like to see what's involved

steve did the doors i have off pandas car, from when ash owned it, they have audi handles grafted in and the work is of excellent quality!

Smooth inside ? You mean some of the thick hard black underseal stuff ? My custom arches have that on them and look Oem from the inside

my wheel arches are as smooth on the inside as they are on the outside.

they are indeedy smooooooooth and very good!

dubbprince (Sanj) is also rocking some very smooth arches in and out

Steve Denton is one of the best in the business.

I think he did the arches on Panda's car.

To be fair, any good bodyshop can do them.

My bodyshop could do them, and they don't have a big name across the U.K. simply because they specialise in accident repairs but they still have massive ability in custom work.
