I've held many a back box off the floor with cable ties and not suffered a problem!

I've never held an exhaust on with cable ties,I've always used exhaust rubbers ;)

but youve had good results using them so guess I'm wrong :roll:

once them rear hangers go (and they will sooner of later) it's just a case of finding any thing that's lying around to get you home. or just drag the fucker the half mile home then cut it off and stick a pipe straight out the side, never had another issue but the back box falling off 8-)
