Doing a GT conversion on mine atm (from spi)

Just curious if theres a pump off another car that could be used instead of a GT one?

Mk2 Golf in-line pumps will work. The injection ones had a setup similar to the Mk3 Polo - Lift pump in the tank to an in-line external pump.

Someone on E38 uses one on a Mk2 VR6 conversion, so you can be sure it will supply enough fuel I'm going to be using one on a 1.4 16v.

I would guess a lowish mileage SPI pump will be fine for a GT really, if you can't get hold of an MPI pump. NZ's are MPI as well
