Right this might seem pointless but its really getting to me now, all my mates who drive bar 1 have quick french cars and they constantly take the piss as my polo is only a 1.0 and my mates a 1.4. I know for a first driver you wanna think your fast as fuck and race all the time but thers no way of getting around the fact that most polos are slow, unless you get a valver or gt etc.

Does anyone else have this problem with people not understanding the VW style or the fact they arent drag racers?!

Sorry about complaining but it had to be done and one last thing, one lad thinks a 1.0 Suzuki Swift is better looking than a mk4 polo, WTF?!

Nothing you can do, 1.0 polos are dog slow tbh - just make it look nice and save up for something faster

Sorry but the name VW stands up high against Peugeot, Vauxhall and Renault!

You only have to sit inside one to notice and feel the huge quality difference, just closing the door on a 106 and a polo really shows the difference there is.

I wish i could agree about the interior part but i have the awful light grey 6n interior :(

Some french cars do look good i will admit that, its the little saxos, 106's etc with silly exhausts and stuff i am on about, sure they are fast but theres just no reason to think they are so much better than a VW is.

Exactly, problem is only a person who owns a VW understands them, they can be slow as hell but if they are slammed or whatever they are cool as fuck. Every modded VW has its own style, whether its rat, euro or whatever its all accepted but sadly not everyone understands, i guess its just a VW thing :)
