Need some help for wheel ideas! Finding a set of tt comps is becoming harder than i thought ! :doubt:

To be brutally honest I'm glad your having trouble finding tt comps, they have become far to common on 9n's and 9n3's, they just dont do it for me now, Not suree what you could put on there but theres alot of options, maybe look at some mercedes wheels or something like that, just try find something different.

I know what you mean but i still love em :-)

I want something with the right stud pattern so i dont have to mess about with adaptors etc

Just becoming hard to think of something that looks good :-(

They're raceland coilovers off ebay. They were £162 delivered and alot of people on edition say they go lower than the hottuning ones

Small update:

I purchased a GTI grill and fitted it last night. I've removed the GT part of the badge and replaced it with TD from the boot.

I've also dewipered and removed the badges from the rear.

Fitting wheels and coilovers on monday...

Coilovers are now fitted after a few hours, plenty of swearing and sweating and some blood! Worth it though :D

My D90s are on the back but i need to grind a bit out of the front pads as the adapter wont sit flush on the hubs.. when the adapter is tightened up the front brakes are on slightly :( A job for tommorow..

Pics to follow tommorow

Wheels are now on.. Coilovers fitted.. Feel like I'm getting somewhere :D

I had 165/40/16s up front and i took them off straight away as they didnt look right atall, and repalced them with 195/45s

(The back is now lowered more since these photos, will upload new ones soon)

A shot with the 165s:
