does any one know how long it takes for the Driver license to come bk?

RAN a red light camra got me at like 4am

I would have just gone down to the courts and paid it in person.

I took mine into the police station my counterpart and my photo and it says three weeks mine took 2 so as long as you pay the fine before the licenec gets to the dvla they will process it straight away but if the police send your stuff of and you are going to pay by card a few days later it wont be processed.

should take a couple of weeks, also it don't matter where or how you pay the fine as it's the dvla that take their time.

Flashing lights is another good idea but I often forget I even have my main beam!

I always roll up to lights as most of the ones near me are old sets of lights - dont think any of them have been changed over to 'police cash machines' yet!

these piggy banks are really fookin annoying everywhere you look there are more

I've never had points and never had a fine,passed my test in 99 so they clearly get my attention with cameras ect :-)

dont think people mind them being in place for safety reasons,or traffic issues also,but not as a cash earner to the government..

noticed in the paper last week that a camera in london earnt 1 million in fines within a year? 1 camera..people picking up passengers up from a train station on a yellow line

if its that bad surely they should make it a red route? no,they will just continue to issue fines,put it towards the war in afghanistan,another thing the british people didnt ask for

i got 3 for my banded steels soo then i swoped them for and set that cam out of the arche like 15 mm and they gave me another 3 soo now i may get my license of me police are c**ts

i got a £30 fine last night for having a blowing exhaust off pc busybody

apparently she could of taken my car off me. while also proceeding to question me on 1. how i afforded my car 2. how i afforded my number plate 3. how much my insurance was and how i got it so cheap 4. what i was doing in the area, which particularly annoyed me after saying numerous time i was visiting my gf

complete waste of time, and after a week of going to court and getting scumbags injunctions with powers of arrest attached to them my view of the police was changing slightly. as it is, back to square one. useless pricks

there are sometimes sensors in the road, look like big black diamond outlines kind of shiny that register when a car drives over them. They make the lights turn green. There's a set near my house and if you don't pull right up to the line, they never change.

its funny about 10 mins after i posted this a police man came to my door about my 3pionts and said did i wanna do an advanced diving police course for free :) go on skidpans an stuff hell yeh

sorry but I'm with you on this....

if you drive as you were taught to.....even when driving up to a green light, you can see them from a while back and if its been green for a while then expect it to turn red and have to stop.

Its called being aware. Same with tail gaters and speeders.

The amount of people who tailgate because your doing dead on 30 is just crazy. realllllyyyyyy pi******es me of. lol
