right i had a set of banded steels on my 6n they was 8.5j but had a nice stretch on them.

cops pulled me i only had them on like 2 hours gave me 3 points and a 90 quid fine!!

So the next day i went and got another pair but this time they was 8j only came out of the arch by about 15 mm.

Anyway they pulled me with my new set on they were being total c**ts and gave me another 3 points and 60 quid fine ...

soo now i have 3 points on my license the other 3 i havnt paid the fine or sent my license off.

what would you do about it ? Am going to take it too court hopefully get them off...

Well i personally wouldnt of been stupid enough to run sticky out wheels after already getting points and a fine, especially so soon afterwards, so i cant really say

But i think if you do take it to court, then they will just laugh and throw the book at you, because you continued to break the same rules that you previously got 'done' for

tbh mate your just going to take it on the chin, they may not stick out as much as your old ones, but that's not to say they still don't stick out too much. plus the fact that you have only just been done for the same offense the judge will probably rip you a new one because you didn't learn you lesson the first time.

no that is one side of the story, and ben came on and told his side of the story, which equally had shit issues with the car.

Guys, I need some advice.

A month ago I held up a post office with a shotgun and stole £800. I was arrested and charged with 6 months in jail.

When I got out, I got another shotgun and held up the same post office, but I only took like £400 this time.

I was arrested again, the police were total arseholes, obviously. I evaded arrest the second time and I'm considering taking it to court....

i can see your point, but i think the main difference with this is what is the actual law on wheels sticking out?

my advice would be to get on to the police for the actual law on poke, and scrutinise your fine to see what exact reason they give

maybe speak to citizens advice aswell, once you have done your investigation

or if need be contact a solicitor
