Always seem to be asking little questions lol rather than answering them :S But anyways, Keep hearing the term "Tyre stretching" if someone could explain A)What is it? and B) What's the advantage?

A) Fitting a tyre that is too narrow for the wheel causing the side walls to stretch out to reach the rim of the wheel.

B) The ability to fit wide wheels to a car while still keeping the actual tyre tread under the arch and therefore legal, but also illegal, because there's no 100% written law on 'poke'. It's also used in drifting, the stretched tyres make it much easier for the car to brake traction and drift.

Stretch also makes it easier for people to lower their car more without scrubbing on the arch, as well as the legality issues of having wide wheels.
