My nice new set of budget JOM Coilovers arrived today and I cant wait to get them fitted, however after taking a quick look at the rears I'm having a problem which I believe others have faced.

With the 2 pieces of rubber either side of the strut in place, there just isnt enough thread available to tighten up the nut onto the thread.

The problem seem to be that from factory theres a small spacer on top and then below there is a long spacer, if you swap these round it repliacted the original shock alot more as far as fitment goes and looks as though it would fasten in correctly.

I realise this is difficult to understand without pictures, ill get some up tomorrow, just wondered If otheres could shed some light on what they did?

There is a hollow metal part that can slide off the top of the coilovers, and you should have some smaller ones to replace these with.
