I have brought a new rear valance as when I got my polo it was completely battered, somehow the girl who had it before dented it from left to right. It looks like a steam roller has been over it then its been hammered back into place.

I got the car cheap, As it came with no books or anything only two previous MOTs

I've just got a question to ask what type of grey this car is , I have looked at paint codes and it seems that there are a fair few and I'm clueless

Its a 1996 polo 6N 1.4L

Any tips when rattle caning something like this?

take it to a paint suppliers, they will find out the colour for you
