rears are easy you use mk1 golfs - fronts are custom made I'm afraid due to the steering arm.

just dont this on my G40

Tony100 is your man for hydraulic stuff 8-)

Hydraulic suspension is pretty hard though! There was a guy on edition selling some firestone airbags that screw onto Fk coilover struts! I've been thinking about it past few days tbh it's seemingly a very easy to fit setup!

bags can be bought nowa days for not alot and if you already have coilovers your laughing! All you need for the struts is a big plate threaded on the inside and holes drilled and another one that the damper rod goes thru!!

i do try :-D

air is very expsenive and very slow and gay!! but I'm not biased in any way

before i gt into hydraulics i looked into air kits.. i noticed the quailty of the bags and mangment for the prices i was look at was shite!!!!

if you want a good bolt on kit rayvern is going to be your only man . unless u wanna spend big bucks and buy bagyard which are the absolute dogs bol*ocks (their kits are tested on porka's roun the nurburgring)

yes u can bolt a bag on the OEM strut or any updated strut but your still guna get the same problem the strut isnt designed for it !! then uve got to look at other things.. vavles.. managment and how good your struts are guna be!

Hydraulics on the other hand... well there alot simpler.. they dont require anything fancy... just a swtich to spin the pump :D

with hydraulics is alot safer IMO all of the hoses are 5000PSI rated ,the rams are all american, the dumps i use are DELTA (google delta dumps) and the pumps are UK based :D its a mixture but its all a very good quailty

the setup on the mk3 polo are alot different to mk4 polos... but the rears are the same!!

so its up to you..!!! any more questions dont hesertate to ask

Aren't hydros hard ride tho?

Try PPS on Polo3 for custom mk3 coilies ;) Good price too.

can be as hard or as soft as you like check out this video (not mine) someone in america

yes its very soft because hes running a small amount of gas in his accumlators the more gas u run the harder the ride

i've got one of tonys hydro kits, top bloke and for the money you really can't go wrong. As said unless your spending top doller on a decent kit then air ride is gay, very slow and sounds like your sister has left her dildo in your boot

theres a video on youtube of rolo laying sparks in his hydro'd mk3, i'l post a link when i get home if i remember

haha that is smart that!!!

Heres the fruit of my latest adventure.

shock is a mk1 golf coilover with a steering arm welded onto it from another polo strut.

then i have custom made steel theaded pedistals which i have put steel bag brackets on and welded together.

the top cap i made by using the coilover spring cap welded to a 8mm thick alloy bag bracket. all home made and uses a universal air aerosport bag. cost per strut to me was £230

uber!
