no, if you have an accident and the police are called/are there they will always breathalyse you, its standard procedure.

if they breathalysed you did the other officer breathalyse the driver of the police car?

besides the police f*cking me about saying they dont have a case file yet so they cant take me into an interview its been nearly 3 week and they havnt even spoke to me properly about it yet

i reckon they'll drag their feet as mich as they can as it's their fault and they know it.

that reminds me, i need to call my old insurance company and give them an ear-full. :)

mine was 4.11.09 and all i've heard is that Third party hasn't sent allegations forward and that i can't cancel the claim Even though neither car has been repaired so on is out of pocket.
