Todays update in pics:

Started the work on the P-Slots.

So i got these back from the sand blasters, cost £60 to do all 4 wheels front and back. Today i started the work on the faces. Two of them where in a good state and didnt need much. However the other to where a bit ruff. But I've had it all backed down to bare alloy and filled where i needed to on the scuffs! Took a while doing it but I'm pleased. :)

First up Bare alloy..

Then 2 coats of Alloys primer..

Then 2 coats of primer filler

Then i have started painting the back of each rim and the lips in the same satin black as the car!

Move onto the faces tommorow! Gonna be the same Candy red as the roof! Then sending them off for some YOKO A539's :) CANT WAIT!

More tommorow!

Gotta dry it and finish it then its YOKO time! :)

Under the bonnet looks much better mate!, get some better pics up of the slots on!

Only just had the rubber put on mate! Yokos FTW! but its too dark for pics so ill get some tommorow! :) Well happy with how they look and how they sit tho with the drop! Got some new dust caps and bolt caps to go on too just to help keep it fresh n clean lookin! :)

Right then, got her back out the shed today just to take some pics! Drove her down the road to this patch i use for pic and then got a flat battery so had to run home! lol! ANYWAY. Got my YOKO A539's on. 185/50/14. Plus i bought some VW Bolt covers from ebay and some dice to go with the continuing theme of red and black... Check it!

FINALLY!! AFTER NEAR 9 YEARS OF OWNERSHIP SHE GETS HER MOT TOMMOROW AND WILL BE ON THE ROAD! i cant believe i have owned the car this long and its taken me this long. but i love it! bring on the snow! :)
