Heartbroken.

Featured Replies

Been driving two years, clean license, 2 yrs NCB, drove a nicely modified vauxhall nova (coilies, SR seats, cav Gsi slabs) for two years.

Saved up a nice bit of cash, and found the perfect poloGTi, in black, 3dr, low miles, two owners, Years MOT, not a scratch on it! a stunner at £3500!

my dream car that i saved up for ages in pieces, truly heartbroken. She was my baby. Looks like a write off, although engine isnt touched, just bent leg and wing.

Lets hope you get a good claim in and get it back on the road!

Unlucky :(

Slap that silly bitch! People will do anything to not fuck up thier ncb. Any witnesses?

oh no, i feel for you matey, i slightly dinged mine while moving it around the garden before taking it off the road and was soo unbelievably pissed off at that small mark never-mind it getting wrote off, i hope you sort it! looks like a very nice example :)

Cheers Fellas!

what you cant see is me crying. :(

Is there no CCTV in the car park mate...

CCTV, witnesses, diagrams, get it all drawn up ASAP before you forget. Get it all down to make a full case against her! Due to the dents in the wing there is no way you could of made that damage if you hit her!!

My boyfriend was hit on a roundabout last october, refused to take liability as it wasnt his fault, the woman dropped the case. Now 6months later its been reopened - after we paid to get his car fixed - as apparently he damaged her wing.... Got a massive battle on our hands now!

Please some one tell me how this damage is his fault!!!

Bit of T-Cut mate rub out.

Keep it fix it, unless its to much to get done, weight out in on paper go to scrappy and see what you can do!

Gutted mate! Gets witnesses CCTV etc and build up as much evidence against her then sponge her for every penny!

From the pics you show I`d wonder about straightening it out. Get that wing off and let the dog see the rabbit!

Typical liable other party trying to weasel their way out of it. I used to work for an insurance broker sorting the claims and this happened nearly every other time!

I'd get as much evidence which points the blame at the women and then ram it down her throat with a garden fork!

Fight it all the way mate. An insurance assessor will be able to tell who hit who by the dents etc.

Best of luck with it all.
