This is killing me but after a long and hard think i need to get rid of my beautiful mk3..

To cut a long story short about 4 months ago i paid someone to do a g40 conversion on my car, would of loved to do it myself but really didnt have the time.

It was freat to start of with then the oil seals went on the charger and everything went downhill from there. I had the charger sent away to jabbasport for a rebuild and that went all good. Then i had some really poo news about the person who done the conversion for me, he somehow kept the g40 block i got and used my old 1.3 spi.

I love this car so much but i need something more practical for long journies.

It's probably best if i sell it in bit's unless someone wants to offer me a fair price and they feel they have the time that this car deserve's.

wtf a spi block on a g40. what a nice person.. how long has it lasted so far?

Oo i forgot to say i live in reading the ostcode is rg7 1at if that help's anyone..

Tell me about it Jake, it lasted about 3 months and went downhill from there.. Oo and one other thing about the car is when its cold or when the car has just been started it doesn't go into gear very well..

The bodywork has one bit of rust the size of a 10p piece on one of the door's other than that it's mint..

The charger has hardly done any miles since it was re-built,

I'm after £900 for the whole car, it does run but with the bottom end in bad condition it isn't running very well, so i wouldn't say it's 100% driveable..

If you do end up breaking, I'll have the suspension and brake carriers, calipers and discs :)
