if so he had the same problem when he owned them, i think he ended up putting less stretch tyres on which solved the problem

Not sure, I bought them off a ClubLupo user and he got them off whoever had that white mk2 at all the shows last year.

Must be if they are fully mirror polished and redrilled, not many about.

If I keep them I'll run something wider but they're not being used at the minute so are a bit of a waste just sitting in my house :(

I hear you mate but I'm open to offers, its not like people have never run that size tyre on that size rim is it?

Says in the title mate, 165/45's on a 7, seen a lot worse.

Just bad luck/badly fitted as the other 2 are still fine and hold air perfectly.

If they don't sell I suppose I'll just fix them up and put them on my breadvan, always wanted a car that is worth less than the wheels on it

Right I have cleaned up the lips and had them checked over by a tyre fitter I trust.

He's refitted the original tyres and says everything is fine and dandy!

I've ran them for a week on my breadvan to prove it to myself, checked the pressures everyday and there's been no rapid changes so I'm happy they are safe.

Check the 4x4 stance on this little pimp mobile (all four for reference)
