My front component is broken and the door speaker isn't working, I know it's not the speaker as I've tested it, I know it's not the tweeter thats at fault as I've used the working one from the passenger side and the door speaker still doesn't work so I'm guessing there is a break in the wiring to the right somewhere after the tweeter.

My question is where does the wire run? To the "pipe" that passes the cables through the door at the hinge?

Does anyone have a wiring guide or do I need a haynes?

the wire breaks inside the harness going into the door

unplug it then look behind the rubber

/edit bought some new components and re-wired the right hand side as I found the break inside the wire harness, full sound again \o/

great

i fitted components but used the exsiting wire to the woofer for ease of fitment,only using it for mid so the original wire is fine at the power level being used

i just soldered more wire to the woofer wires at the tweeter terminal so it would reach my crossover,then ran the new tweeter to the crossover,then ran the input to the boot for power
