Just a few pics to show you how she stands now! Got a new boot lid as a little project now which i think I'm gonna US spec or just fill the recess right down and have a dinkey little number plate I'm not sure as yet.

As she is now, 8.5" & 9.5" Image 3 piece splits refurbished, built and sealed by myself (And a few mates helping along the way :)) .. 10mm spacers out back for abit more poke

Cheers bro. Its a megane splitter from a reanult mate. Dont see that many now-a-days i found mine on an abandoned one behind some houses lol. Thinking about removing it tbh...

Ahhh cheers higgo I've never actually thought of doing that! Do you mean that you would leave the bottom half of the bumpers black? With the texture or smooth it flat? I also thought of doing the plastic welding and having the front plate side mounted, But its abit marmite tbh.. I think I'm feeling the US boot, With the square dinkey plate, would set it off and look nuts. Ill Keep you updated :)

just a quick question, the wheels look more like 7.5 + 8.5? you sure they are 8.5 + 9.5?

Yeahhhhh there 8.5 & 9.5 dude, Had them in my room for over a month playing with them! Measured them so many times. The rears have a 6" inner dish, Then the face is 1" and the outter is 2.5" dish :)

Then the front have 5" inner 1" face and 2" outter :) Ill give em another measure check there right!

I'm running 175/50 Conti's all round mate :)

Have to take some photo's and have a chat when i next see you. You going Dub mania?

we'll have to take a side by side pic next time. i'll be at DC on the 13th

looking at the way the 175's look on the wheels, they would be stretched alot more on an 8.5+9.5 combo. when you messure wheels it's not outer edge to outer edge, you need to messure from where the bead sits.

if you have messured outer to outer then take an 1" off, cos on split rims there is about 1/2" either side from where the bead sits to the edge of the rim. my th lines are 10" across so 9" wide bead seat to bead seat.

very nice wheels, finish the car off a treat.

your GT was looking good at maccy's last night, shame its not as loud as mine, you can't beat a bit of pikey exhuast
