a good friend of mine has had his interior stolen from his mk2 golf vr6

please text any fellow dubbers you know etc keep your eyes peeled help spread the word, this interior is in mint condition and it hasn't moved for a good while now which, leads me to think something close to home or word of mouth has identified this location as the car has been in storage for some time now 12months plus.

its a bloody custom interior and the colours isnt exactly subtle!

any help will be greatly appreciated, drop me a pm or post up on here if you have any information and i can relay it to the relevant people

what exactly has been stolen headliner. steering wheel ect just thinking it might help and even though its orange now doesnt mean it will be in a month dye ect will keep a look out around the manchester area

from what i gather cards seats and rear bench, not too sure on the headliner as yet.

i live in bacup so will keep an eye on the dingles round here bud

probably dye them and keep em mad really as the rear bench is a one off to get it to fit

Maybe the RAC have decided to do a vw demo car :p jokes loves the colour, eyes are peeled in sunny wales

They are lovely, even if the do dye them and shift them that way, surely it's still not going to be that simple if they're custom.

What sort of moron does that presuming the interior is still fitted in the car??? "oh i know, lets spend a lot of time taking this interior out of this car, when the owner could come back at anytime, and/or leave us at more risk of being caught/seen by other people because were thick shits and stay around the scene of the crime for too long, comitting the actual crime, instead of just taking the car to somewhere 'safe'!!"

Id bet money, and lots of it, that whoever did it is quite close to the guy who owns the car, and possibly knew that he would be less likely to go to whereever the car was at the time the stuff was knicked

Even if it was dyed there can't be many in mk2 surely?

i dont see why people would nick just the interior for a start......and its bright fucking orange dying them would ruin them so really they'd need a retrim if they wasnt to be recogised and that would just be pointless nicking them in the first place.

lad had his drivers seat stolen up our way last week... just the drivers seat, a heater vent and a rear wiper blade... they left all the ICE that was in the car!
