Seen a couple of posts recently about quality and safety etc of hubcentric spacers, but none on size. I'm currently running 20mm spacers on the rear of my polo, and have no issues with that etc. But I am going to be fitting some 6 1/2" BBS which i'm refurbing at the minute. And think they may push the wheels out too far. So i'm just after any information on whether 10mm are produced, and best places to but from from peoples experience. I got mine from a little local place, which unfortunatly has now shut down, otherwise i'd of been heading ther.

you can get 10mm hubcnetric ones which are system A, meaning it has a collar with the correct bore, and you just use longer bolts. but thye will most probably not fit on the rear if yu have drum brakes as the design of the collar reccess bit isnt deep enough, meaning it wont sit flush as its butts up too ealry if any of that makes sense haha

if your thnking of system b [adapter stlye where you bolt the spacer to the hub, then wheel to the spacer] then the smallest iv come across is 15mm. you could get them milled down, someone made some 12mm porsche adapters before

yeah I've got 10mm hubcentric spacers on the front of my g40.

Thanks very much for the replies both, i think i'm going to escape with the 20mm's thank fully, fitted my wheels yesterday, and so far nothing to exciting has happened!!! Cheers Rich
