children beware, of McLovin

Fixed it for you! :lol:

:unibrow::lol:

i had this happen to me twice in a few weeks before, first one was a kid of about 4 just ran straight out in front of me, i slammed the brakes on and swerved but he still ran straight into my wing. he was fine just shaken up, proper shit me up tho

the second time some i pulled up to a t-junction, looked right then looked left just in time to see some kid of about 12 on his bike flying down the path straight, towards my passenger door with a look of pure terror on his face. he still had the same expression as he face planted into the window. the poor kid was proper shaken up but all i could do was piss myself at the look on his face :lol:

Moved to paperwork section.

Just means youll have to pay for repairs to your own car - which will suck

EDIT - just looked at the pictures - atleast the only bits that need replacing are the windscreen and mirror, the wing can wait if it doesnt bother you too much. Hope she pays out for it though since it was her fault, if not - Small Claims Court!

Yeah i would like for that t'happen but i'd feel like a right c$$$ - running her over, then going through the whole court process. I know fora fact it was her fault.

Her mom popped into my work coupla days ago to say sorry and to say her daughter was sorry aswell. I didnt have my car outside so couldnt atleast show her the damage to my car =/

Police don't give a monkeys, havnt got in touch at all.

Now just left to fork everything out for myself >.>

The police won't they turn up do their thing then go. then it's in the hand of the insurance company.

In the picture was it near the crossing?

Yeah, i was going down the road, that crossing/speedbump really knocks my car hard s i have to go over it slowly. I rec i was going about 20mph, defiantly not 30.

And i cant/don't want to go through insurence- I'm 18, literally been driving 3weeks. Noone will wanna insure me after a claim like that >.> cost me £1.8k as it is =/

if she was on the zebra crossing you've had it :lol:

if your not going to tell the insurance company document everything and times dates sketches of the accident and the time she came over to say sorry also that admitting fault.

You just have to repair it yourself

I'm glad the girl is ok and I hope you will be ok driving too
