Welcome to Club polo chap ;)

Very nice motor you have there. Does need tickling with the slamming stick abit though.

You're only just down the road from me (Deeping St Nicholas area) and the other half commutes into peterborough everyday for work in her red 5door 6n.

Very clean mate good effort!

paint looks in great condition!

Summer CLEAN!!! lovely looking car you have there mate! :)

that paint is in amazing condition. Nice car dude!

Not so keen on the wheels myself, but other than that looks sick, really clean!

I'm genuinely stunned at how shiny it is :D.

Dropppppp It.

Hi guys,

thanks for your comments.

It looks like the paint is in great condition but isn't :( needs to sort some rust and stone chips.

Next week I'm having my holliday and the car stays here for complete check from the bottom to the top.

I know a great guy who was working for over 7 years for VW and he knows everything about VW polos. After I had a very bad experience

with local repair shops he will sort it out for me.

Regards to the clean car....

1. Standard Washing

2. Meguiars Quik Clay Starter Kit

3. Meguiars Carnauba Wax

4. Meguiars Supreme Shine Microfibre

5. Meguiras All Wheel Cleaner

6. Turtle Weet 'n' Black Tire

and 4hrs playing around :)

I will upload som pictures with paint defects during the week.

super shiney clean car mate!!

Hey, I'm just up the road (Stamford) and there's a good local meet at the Botolph twice monthly. Worth going to!

Is that the one at the pub under the trees in peterborough? (poor memory showing again!) whens it on again mate as i keep meaning to get along to that.

As for the bumper, it won't be to everyones taste on here as the front bumper from a 16v is commonly used.

IMO, it could look quite good if done right so i say DO IT ;)

i think it looks nice not over the top just right IMO

but totally depends how and what else you put it with

Thanks stresshead,

I saw this bumper at http://www.fk-automotive.com/ for not a bad price 63.51 £. Because i'm disappointed about people who are selling parts here (pm'd 3times for 16V bumper in dragon green and no answer...) I decided to look for something different.

I would first try Photoshop and then I will see.

U can see my car most at the front of currys store :) i'm working there so if u need anything let me know ;)
