hi there dude, you see the lamin-x your getting is it pre cut? its just i couldnt find any pre cut and thats what I'm after.

Its all pre cut mate, but comes in different sizes. you just measure your lights and get a sheet thats big enough, When i say pre cut I mean cut into sheets, dont think you can get it already the shape of the light, But apparently its easy to fit using a squidgy etc

yea, i ment pre cut as in shape of lights. if you go on lamin-x.COM they do them pre cut to shape but they do all other vw's but not polo

Well. Just applied the yellow tint to my lights, went quite smoothly as jobs go, I think there a couple of rough bits but il leave it for now and if it starts to bother me il buy some more and do it again.

Well pleased with the results though, let me know what you think...

yeh I'm looking for a gti splitter! might be getting some ats classics off a mate aswell if i can haggle him down enough :) the coilys can go alot lower I've just got them like this because i have a fair bit of commuting to do for work and to say the roads down here are shit is an understatment!!

Ok So I wasn'y happy with my drivers side tint so I did it again, much better job this time :) Was abit annoyed because I had planned to take the headlight out but you have to remove the bumper to do so. madness!

Anyway... Service on Friday, then bmc and maybe a roof rack!

I have just changed up from the polo! Sad days, but brings on bigger and better days! Just got a 2003 seat Leon 1.9 tdi..... Goes like the clappers, but chipping up to 140-150bhp next week!

But anyway, means I am no longer in need of my roof bars! And you said you were thinking roof rack! So they are there if you want them!

But definately need the fogs on it! I am doing the yellow fogs on the Leon soon..... I can already tell this pay check isn't going to last long! Sigh.....

Removing the bumper is a easy job if you wanted to do it, just to let you know.

i dunno its on coilovers and its only a couple of inches of thread away from the bottom, i didnt want it really slammed because theres too many bumps around here!!

yeah I've only loweed mine 40mm all round cos of the shit roads around mine and driving into london for work is a joke with lowered cars, i was jus wondering cos i was thinking about getting some RA's and was trying get a roungh idea how the wheels would sit in the arches.

Yeh the roads in england are a joke considering how much we pay tax on them!!! well I went for the smaller wheels because it makes the car sit (and look) that bit lower without having to scew the coilys right down, id recomend them. got mine on here with fucked tyres for £100 andjust bought new rubber, was thinking of getting them re furbed at some point.

Yeah that what i though aswell, i had some TSW multi spokes for over a year now, they are 194/45R15 tho, but i hit the kerb on the front one at the weekend and I'm hoping it can be welded as i took a massive chunk out of it. So hopefully i can refurb that but will I'm at it i might get the other 3 done aswell. But i have seen sone RA's going for cheap on the fourm so i was wondering may change it up a bit if the refurbs are too much.

Time for a BIG update!!, Well thanks to Eddie Arter I got myself a free set of roof bars!! this means I can carry my bikes on the roof rather than scuffing up the inside!!

Also on the hitlist this month was the airfilter system, I originally wanted a full bmc induction kit, but with my sensible head on at the moment (saving for a house!) I just went for dual replacment filters. As you can see a doddle to fit and actually quite a good little set, sounds good and definatly runs alot smoother (coupled with the fact I cleaned the throttle body recently!)

I will probally go for the full kit in the future, but this car isn't about speed and I'm really happy with the panel filters. Also this month got the polo serviced and delighted to report only minor scuffing marks under the car, looks like I got the ride height just about right for everyday use! :)
