Hi there, my insurance is due for renewal in september and i will have 3 years no claims bonus,my question is as i want to take a break from driving to save some money for a better car and not renew my policy in september can i then use the 3 years no claims iv gathered in say 6 months time any info would be good thanks.

I think you can. Best bet is to ask you are insurance company. I'm sure its valid for a while tho!!

Yes, you are allowed 2 years before the NCB expires.
