I've had this rattle coming from my car for a while my revs are between 2000-2500rpm, its really tinny and annoying, and does not sound good.

Took it to a local garage and they said it was the center baffle, and it will be £55 to fix - anyone know if this is any good?

Could get a second hand part a lot cheaper on here or ebay probably.

there about £35 new so £55 to supply and fit thats a good price :-)

Every car I've tried it on sounds better without a middle box. You may be able to get someone to just weld a join in for cheaper,instead.

thanks for all the reply's, so you think I should ask for a straight through join? right now the noise is annoying so is this just down to the box?
