love the r5 turbos...used to own one as well as a mk1 clio rt - valver conversion, but got to say.....both were highly unreliable, but magic to drive, so much fun

To me 'old school' is 80s and early 90s and 'retro' is 60' and 70's

Trouble is with some of these cars, They are still worth a fair bit of cash! Thinking older still!

You can get a mk2 Fiesta or a Mk 2 Polo Coupe S for under 1000 notes, then you'd have to do some work to it.
