What color should i chose?

Featured Replies

Okay, so i've tested monster colors out and was ok but I wanted to try the MTN 94 range as well.

Was so much easier to spray, better finish and the the pink fat caps made a big difference.

So I was just wondering what other people liked out of the three colors i tried because i'm finding it hard to decide lol.

From left to right: Rain blue, Thalassa blue and Barceloneta blue.

Would have been easier to make a poll but i'm retarded and it confused me

Other pics to help decide, ignore the blue stripes that was the monster color paint

Left colour on the last picture looks good.

+1 Rain Blue?

Yeah I'm saying rain blue too.

are the MTN better then because i did my pink in monster and used the standard caps and lets say its blotchy lol, so i was going to re order the pink with fatter caps but not sure now

thalassa blue imo, the rain blue looks like it would be a bit garish on a whole car.

So far i think so, i have used the monster colors baby blue (the stripes on the wing) and the cans spat, i thought the paint was a bit thick and like you say patchy when looked at certain angles, also not as easily applied because some parts look matt some look glossy lol.

I would try it if i were you, i thought it was instantly better, when i decide on color i'm gonna spray a door and a wing that i have and see what that comes out like.

Thats what i thought lol, i think the barceloneta blue doesn't show up as nicely in the pics, which is prob my fault lol, but it looks lylac (excuse spelling lol) to me.

Hey mate I've used the MTN94 for mine if you check my build thread. Went for a chocolate brown came out great the nack is to make sure you get plenty of caps so you use a new one for every can if your using fat ones and apply it so its wet and not dusty (not wet that it runs) and you should be okay id say two good thick coats are enough mines done with one coat for now and a few bits need going over again like roof bit patchy and round the windows.

middle one is epic
