1991 corrado G60 - dark burgundy pearl REDUCED

Featured Replies

The time has come to sell our corrado, since it's now not getting the use it deserves.

We've owned it for the last 5 years, and enjoyed it very much.

Its a 1991 Dark Burgundy pearl G60. We are the 3rd owners. The current milage is about 180,000 (i'll confirm the exact mileage later). We think it spent the early part of its life as a motorway cruiser where it built up the miles. Since owning it we have done around 10k miles. It has Full VW service history upto the point that we bought it. Since then we have serviced it ourselves.

It currently has 6 months MOT, and new brake pads all round. Last year the front wishbones/bushes and ball joints were replaced.

The supercharger was rebuilt by G-werks to stage 4 last year, but only roughly 1500 miles have been covered since (again i'll try and confirm later). It also had a full stainless steel exhaust system fitted last year, with the cat being removed at the same time. It has 16" OZ alloy wheels in good condition.

It has power steering, central locking, electric windows, twin movement 'ultra violet' electric recaro interior and electric sunroof. It has a CD player fitted that doesn't look out of place in the interior.

The spoiler works as it should, rasing and lowering speed dependantly.

We have also replaced the clutch in our ownership

The exterior of the car is how you would expect for a 20 year old car, the paint isn't perfect with a few blemishes around the body. There is one bubble in the paint below the tailgate, the rest of the car is rust free.

Any car of it's age have points to address, i like to think that the main one with G60's has been; the supercharger. The sunroof has the very common problem of not wanting to slide back, it will however tilt. The heater will only blow at you and won't adjust to the screen, it is probably only a disconnected cable. It still blows hot and cold though. The drivers side electric seat will only sit at the lowest position, there is a small weld broken on the seat frame. We never fixed it because me and my dad only fit in with it at the lowest! The drivers side wing mirror is flash red, i had to replace it after someone kicked the other off.

The car is located in plymouth and will be available from next week/possibly the weekend. I will get some upto date pictures by then.

£2500ono

REDUCED - £1600ovno!

Couple of additional things that we think will vanish after a couple of good length trips- The passenger window has stopped going down, we believe it did this before (damp or something) - and we think we have a relay to chuck in for if this is the issue. There is a squeek coming from the idler pulley on the charger belt drive (DEFINATELY NOT THE CHARGER!!!). The car also has a k&n panel filter!

Some more pictures, taken today.

The fan actually will go everywhere apart from straight at your face, so not a real issue since you can still clear the screen/warm up the car.

interior as requested.
