thought id come revive this thread with my 4000th post =D

hope all is well with the car, from looking at the poloshow pics, you were one of the few representing the mk4s lol think I might have to find a cheap bargain and get building again ;)

This is so nice in the flesh

Haha thanks Sean...the going well at the mo considering it's just ticked over to 121k miles.

Haven't done anything to it recently, on the look out for new wheels though.

The update I can give is how dirty it is cause of having to take the single track farmers lanes home from wor lastnight because of road closures.

Ye, poor turn out for anything over the age of Mk3's...only a handful of anything newer.

Cheers, Harris...good to meet you at the weekend.

Nice thread, I've spent around 40 minutes to look at the pictures.

What you been up to with the car Rob aint seen any updates for ages mate ? hope all i well . Dave

  • Author

no real updates tbh...haven't done anything to it except drive it.

hopefully if the weather holds off this weekend i will have an update as I've bought a load of stuff to do something I've been meaning to do for a while...so watch this space!!!!

these are the only recent pictures i have.

i work out in the country and with the heavy rain, some roads have been flooded meaning I've had to use single track farmers roads to get to and from work.

which mean epic dirtiness...cars coated on both sides.

Still looks good dirty lol . You still not played with the head lights yet ? Dave

Interior is cool, the only thing that puts me off is you need to build some tweeter pods in your mirror caps. I have some forsale, but they're flocked, dunno if you'd be interested.

Nah, done nothing to it for a while.

The tweeters don't bother me where they are, plus I'd be left with a small hole in the top of each doorcard haha.
